These people genuinely care about genuine people.
Everytime I need to fill a prescription at this pharmacy it takes a lifetime to get it. There will be one person serving customers and four or five in the back laughing and chatting. They also act like they've never used a computer before and it takes them forever to look anything up. The pharmacist also acts annoyed when a question is asked and goes out of the way to make herself unavailable. They clearly do not care at all about helping people.
What is the reason for the kiosk at the pharmacy? Why is there only 1 person working the pharmacy register when there are 5 people waiting? What fresh hell is this?
