When I called yesterday, I was put on hold (without) asking. I just starting hearing the music. Then I’m on hold for so long it rings back he picks up the phone and puts me back on hold. So a total of three times! Then I get transferred to the front! I get it you all are busy but at the same time you need to train people how to deal with situations! I finally figured out my new medication today! I didn’t know what was going on!
They are disrespectful and rude. At one point heard an employee call a customer rude and say it was her every single day because she didn’t wish them a merry Christmas and when I was insulted and put my items back she said “ oh look at em put the stuff back like we felt it.” It’s not my fault you chose to work retail Felicia get over it and do your job.
