A couple of weeks ago, the pharmacy partially filled a prescription, but I paid in full. Yesterday, I came to pick up the pills that were owed to me and fill a second prescription. It took them 20 minutes to get me through the window and the young woman at the window was mean. When I drove away, I noticed that I was charged a second time for a mere 2 pills. Horrible service. I am changing my pharmacy
Always out of stock, slow, rude.
What did they gain? DON'T GO HERE!! It was insurance, I did have options. They informed me of none of them. I lost some of my post surgery medication. The staff of the pharmacy seems incredibly defense and unable to answer the most basic questions. They lied so many times I didn't know what was being done and had to go into the store. POST SURGERY. My friend had major surgery. She had insurance and had options. They informed her of none of them. She now lost some of her post surgery medication. The staff of the pharmacy seems deeply uneducated on their roles, including the Opiate Act and Az Revised Statutes. This could have easily been avoided if they had been able to answer questions clearly, i.e. What's the actual perscribed dosage and why is it not able to be filled?
