Hey walgreens at Olive and Mason. St.Louis county is requiring masks. Half the ppl inside including an employee aren't wearing a mask! Enforce it!

The Walgreens at Mason and Olive is the worse. They are always out of medications. They are slow as hell. I went one morning before work and was told they couldn’t fill my script because the other locations didn’t open until eight and that would not be fair. The woman who works the window barely speaks English and is very hard to understand. I have a regular drug I get every month, one month she told me it was going to be over three hundred dollars. I love the general look out of the store. My girlfriend and I were addressed immediately upon entry. Asked if we needed help and they were very professional.

They gave me 10 pills but charged for the full prescription (60), and refuse to correct this. I have called for the past week and either got the response the computer was down or the manager isn't there. Unacceptable. I called again, today, and they put me in an infinite loop when I asked to speak to a manager, then hung up.
