I had a text that said my prescription would be held until the 17th, but when I got there they said they had already “returned it.” There was no apology or explanation. And where did it go? Was it off the premises? Why couldn’t they get it back? No explanation.
The pharmacist was very kind and attentive as he went about helping me resolve my issue in a timely manner.
Sarb is genuinely one of the laziest, most confusing, and inept pharmacists I have ever encountered. He told me he couldn’t do anything about filling my prescription and refused to fill it, without giving me a coherent or valid reason why. It felt like he just didn’t want to deal with it that close to closing time. Horrible Horrible Horrible and again his name is SARB!
