Me and My wife was waiting in line for her prescription forever while the pharmacy person Katrina watched videos and caught up on old times with the person in front of us. Mind you the line formed behind us all the way up the isle. Yet my wife is in so much pain oh finally it is our turn. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! NEVER AGAIN. Walgreens on union and Mclean rescue us!!!
Worst Walgreens in Memphis ever, I accidentally bought a green dot moneypak and I’ve added $70 and I couldn’t get my information verified, so I went back to the store a manager hooked me up with a GreenDot prepaid card and I had to waste $21 so that I can get the $70 and I went home it never worked and again I went back to the same store and she tried calling this guys and nothing happened, I’ve no longer recommend this store at this location nor GreenDot, I hate GreenDot and I’ll never recommend both ever
The wait at the drive-thru pharmacy is ridiculous...ALWAYS!
