Here's a shout out to the manager and staff at the Walgreens on 40th and Bell. A couple weeks back, I came in near closing time with a family member who needed a walker (emergency) but was not mobile enough to get out of the car. Thanks for talking me through the different types of walkers and letting her try them out in the parking lot before purchase so we could get the right one. You guys were patient and accommodating during a panicked time. Happy Holidays!
I have been coming to this pharmacy for about 2 years now, and the customer service skills of most of the techs is lacking greatly. It's not the worst, but you often get the vibe that you are an inconvenience to their day. There is one exception to all of them.
