Its more than difficult to get in contact with the pharmacist and then once the phone is answered you are treated with all the attitude in the world even after waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes. Customer service is key in person and on the phone, I guess that's why its more than one pharmacy in the area, everyone is short staff but it is still need to be a better way to treat your customers.
