I went for a flu shot yesterday and they were to busy. I went back this morning and one customer was at the counter. I waited over 13 minutes while pharmacist and customer talked about the pharmacist's 2 sisters and the customers sister and their pets. I ended up leaving. Customers don't matter when they are catching up with friends. wow!The pharmacist didn't know if I had surgery or was in pain and she didn't care. The staff is great. This is a very busy pharmacy and they handle their workload with grace and courtesy.
Pharmacy rated a 2. In the last year I have had bad customer service three times and from the manager. Rest of the staff has always been great but the inappropriate comments and rudeness (let alone from a manager) was enough for me to switch pharmacies.
The counter person at the pharmacy was amazing-- the manager on duty however has no idea how to provide good customer service. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.
I filled a prescription last year for $10 dollars. I am inconsistent with the use of this as it is for acne and I am lazy. Had the prescription refilled and they tried to charge me $30. I called my insurance and was told the first time it was submitted as a 30 day supply and the second time it was submitted as a 90 day supply. Called Walgreens to have it set back to a 30 day supply and was told that because I don't fill the prescription every month they are charging me for a 90 day supply for the exact same amount of medicin... read more
They have some good sales, the store is a little small, but so are all Walgreens. The only downfall, is there seems to be a lot of cashiers that have no idea what they are doing.
