I put in for a refill online on Tuesday. Said it would be ready to pick up on Thursday. I came to get it on Friday; it was not ready. I was told the refill was past the date and it needed to go to the doctor, and they sent it to the doctor then, which was Friday evening. Gee thanks, would have been far more helpful to send to the doctor on Tuesday when I ordered it, so I could have gotten it today (Friday). Instead, now my doctor won't even see it till Monday, if I am lucky.
