Some crazy customers in that store but the staff is great
I’ve never experienced as many issues at a Walgreens Pharmacy as I have at this location. The actual store staff is great. As a patient required by my insurance to use this pharmacy, it is not my responsibility to find a store that operates better. The issue lies with pharmacy manger Mustafa A. and the weekend pharmacist who I’ve tried to contact before and doesn’t respond, and Walgreens Corp. for allowing employees to behave as though they are running the company themselves. Assistant manager Kenny is very rude, disrespectful and not willing to help customers dealing with Western Union. His rapid response was call the 1800 I can not help you. His attitude was unbecoming of a manager. I waited 45 mins for assistance while he was paged several time. One cashier ask are you still taking out trash. Then when he showed up he was very brash and short . Showed no signs of wanting to deal with me or customers.

After issues EVERY MONTH at multiple Walgreens locations, Vincent was able to properly re order a prescription for me without my provider having to call them.. like they have for MONTHS. A typically stressful and long process was made SO MUCH BETTER THANK YOU Vincent!!!!
