This store overall is terrible. I went through the pharmacy drive through, instead of going inside because I was lightheaded, plus I had an online order for one item as well. The wait time from the car in front of me took a very long time to take care of them. Next, when I finally get to the window, the lady asked me my name and didn’t actually greet me, which I’m not used to from any other Walgreens location. Great place for window shopping because everything is locked behind plexiglass. Can’t get anyone to open anything.
This Walgreens is the worst I have been dealing with a puncture wound for 3 months and every time I get a prescription sent it takes 2 weeks to fill it!!!! Mind you I'm in pain I currently have 6 prescriptions that have not been filled I have been waiting for 2 weeks for these as well not to mention I called this morning was on hold for 2;hours!!! And they hung up on me!!! I wouldn't recommend Walgreens pharmacy to anyone!!!!!!
This pharmacy never has medication in stock, they say your prescription is available and you get there and it’s not. No one picks up the phone and you are left on hold for over an hour. I’ve never experienced such bad service.
