This is the absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. Some staff are cordial but you get a gut feeling they are doing the bare minimum. I've had to repeatedly ask them to put medication on automatic refill. I've even gotten a call to pick up and no medication is ready. One day I went end after their lunch break and the pharmacy was closed with the help locked out because the pharmacist left. This place is a big joke.

Way disappointed i came here before to get business cards and it has been printed on a sheet of paper. I asked for it to be cut out and they cut it out like squares of paper

I waited days for a prescription, and throughout that time the automated phone system repeatedly said that nothing had been received and that nothing was ready for pickup. I was unable to speak with someone by phone because of the long wait times. I finally checked the order status online, and it said my prescription was ready for pickup—which directly contradicted what the automated system had been telling me. Getting in touch with the pharmacy is extremely difficult. Every time I call I’m on hold for at least 20 minutes. It’s taking over one week to get an Epi-Pen in stock - that’s okay if the expectation is set up as such but I was assured twice it would be in stock in 3-4 days. Terrible customer service, with no honest explanations or notifications. Will not use them again.
