Pharmacy never answer the phone. We’re sorry our staff is answering other calls goes on indefinitely. If you go into the store, no better. They ask you to come back for a prescription you should be able to wait for. Terrible pharmacy.
I’ve been on hold for half an hour so far. Someone keeps picking up the call, then putting it back on hold without saying an word. After reading all these negative reviews for this location, I’ve learned you can contact the GA Board of Pharmacy. Select file a complaint, then select Quality of Care/Service. When your job is to work with the public, especially dealing with matters of healthcare, you must ensure that you and your staff are treating others as you would want to be treated. They have everything you need let's just hope you don't need to use the restroom can't wait to place a class action for the number of places in The black community that offers no restrooms at all.
Horrible service. Slow and rude. No sense of urgency.
