I placed a prescription order for delivery. Several hours passed and I did not receive my order so I called the pharmacy. I spoke with someone name Desmond. He was nice. However, he seemed confused when I told him I placed an order for delivery. He then went on to tell me that they did not have a payment method for me on file and that he would text me a link to enter my credit card information. This made no sense to me and I deliberately remember entering my credit card information online when I initially placed my order. An... read more
