I started using the Hanbury Rd Walgreens Pharmacy in JAN 2023 after Harris Teeter stopped serving Tricare members. I used HTP for over 10 years and never had an Rx that was not filled on time. I have to do Pain Management for the high-octane controlled substances medication (30-day Rx's). The first two months with Walgreens went well. After that, it was a 50-50 chance that they had my medication in stock, even when calling 3-4 days ahead of the fill date to check on the status of my Rx, as the script is written, "do not fill... read more
The only reason I come here sometimes is because it’s one of the few places my insurance is accepted. I will gladly pay 2-4 times more for my RX and go elsewhere than come to this lousy pharmacy. They always have a ridiculous line, are slow and do not apologize for the wait. It’s a horrible pharmacy!! Go elsewhere it’s not worth the hassle.
I hate even bothering to go there and to call anymore. i’m always on the phone 30mins-1hr waiting on them, most of the time they leave me on hold on purpose. VERY poor leadership and VERY poor customer service. need more workers and better management.
