RecommendedMaybe things changed recently due to new management and/or Covid 19?? Custimer Service is great and store is clean whenever I go, which is every couple of weeks.

There is one female pharmacy personnel that is rude and degrading every dang time...not just to me - others have stated the same. It's not appropriate to be degrading when I am picking up Rx's for a disabled person, as if I have the power to change this? She told me to go to a specialty store because what I wanted couldn't possibly be a prescription...this is after I read that Walgreens is one of the only pharmacies that support CBD oil for CP patients. Seriously if you do not carry a certain prescription it would be a common courtesy to direct someone to a place that can help. It is very disturbing for a place that prides themselves on caring for people to simply say "it's not our job to look around". Especially when it concerns heart medication for a baby that just came out of PICU!!! I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you CVS for giving us an alternative and truly caring for your customers! #CVSRocks
