Horrible pharmacy. Pharmacists there get involved in people person lives. The staff working at 3 PM and after on August 31 made comments into customer’s personal lives, one of which was an insult to someone with mental health issues and claimed they were “yelled at” a month ago because they felt it was their place to take sides in someone’s personal life and argument and make a judgement towards one of their clients with a mental health problem then think it’s okay to mention that to their nurse practitioner and make lies an... read more
After fumbling my prescription every single month, switched to the same company that brings boxes to your door and now zero issues.
I sent a prescription refill order in through the app on Saturday. By Tuesday it still said "in progress" so I had to go to the pharmacy to find out what the issue is. I was told they had to close for a few hours Sunday and Monday. This is the 3rd time i had to go to the pharmacy to talk to someone about getting my refill order in a timely manner. If you need a reliable pharmacy, dont go here!
Physician sent prescriptions to pharmacy, and I came by the following day to pick up. I was told that the prescriptions were being filled by a central fill location to be delivered to their location and to come back in a few hours. They claim all of their prescriptions are filled elsewhere and brought over to this store. I return and there were no prescriptions from central fill, and the pharmacy makes me wait to fill the prescription. Then they tell me they only have a few days supply and I need to come back again.
