This pharmacy loves to answer phones and not let anyone know that they are going to be placed on hold or not answer at all and then hang up. Who taught these people?
They never have children's suspensions in stock. Waited 4 days after the 'you rx is delayed text', called and waiting on hold for 14 min for them to let me know they were waiting on the suspension again. Anti-virals and antibiotics should be started asap and they can not make that happen at this pharmacy.
Horrible pharmacy. Pharmacists there get involved in people person lives. The staff working at 3 PM and after on August 31 made comments into customer’s personal lives, one of which was an insult to someone with mental health issues and claimed they were “yelled at” a month ago because they felt it was their place to take sides in someone’s personal life and argument and make a judgement towards one of their clients with a mental health problem then think it’s okay to mention that to their nurse practitioner and make lies an... read more
