After fumbling my prescription every single month, switched to the same company that brings boxes to your door and now zero issues.
I sent a prescription refill order in through the app on Saturday. By Tuesday it still said "in progress" so I had to go to the pharmacy to find out what the issue is. I was told they had to close for a few hours Sunday and Monday. This is the 3rd time i had to go to the pharmacy to talk to someone about getting my refill order in a timely manner. If you need a reliable pharmacy, dont go here!
Physician sent prescriptions to pharmacy, and I came by the following day to pick up. I was told that the prescriptions were being filled by a central fill location to be delivered to their location and to come back in a few hours. They claim all of their prescriptions are filled elsewhere and brought over to this store. After waiting an enormous amount of time in the drive-thru the one prescription I called in is not ready! Switching pharmacies. Absolute incompetent staff and closing over the past weekend has made everything backed up! Please do better Walgreens…you are losing my business because my patience has worn out. Zero stars if I could.
They refused my prescription multiple times and referred me to my doctor each time. I was refused my meds for an entire week before they realized they had them the entire time. Switched pharmacies immediately. Stay away
