On November 13th, my doctor sent a prescription to this Wallgreens, and it still hasn't been filled, nor have I received any notification. The deadline for receiving this weekly injection was three days ago. I wonder when these Wallgreens pharmacies will go bankrupt? I've been avoiding these places for years because the treatment they give us, their patients, is outrageous. I'm from Europe, and it's unthinkable there to treat people this way. Update 07/21/25:: Received a call and spoke with the area manager. We had a very nice productive conversation. Mr Pedro listened to me, and I was heard. As I explained to him, I'm not asking for this person to lose their job but to get the necessary training if and when they do work alone, to handle situations better, so customers are better served. Poor customer service experience. I tried to buy two bottles of water, but the cashier refused to ring me up because she was waiting for another customer who was still shopping. No one else was at the register, just two cases of water on the counter. I asked if she could ring me up, but she said no since the other customer’s items were already scanned. Customer service isn't the best. The girls give attitude, and can be disrespectful. I go to another Walgreen location that's 20 min further than going here because they are the worst.
UPDATE: They have a dinner break around 7-715. This used to be officially posted in the store but now there’s no signage so it just looks closed. I have changed their hours to what was posted and they change it back. So you just have to show up and hope they’re open. OLDER REVIEW: This pharmacy has some excellent workers but just not enough. There’s always a huge line and the hours are weird. I have frequently tried to pick up a prescription more than once and failed either because they changed their hours, were unexpectedly... read more
