I love this Walgreens.They are super conveniently located and they always seem to be well stocked (lately things have not been as well stocked as in the past) I have been going here for many years. It has changed recently. There are way less staff members in a very busy store. I appreciate all of them they work really hard.
Charged me ten times the price for medicine thinking my insurance was "discontinued." It was not. Gave me the wrong amount. Said one refill of two was in and not the other even though the doctor sent both authorizations at the same time. Interrupted me several times on the phone with really aggressive and rude attitudes even though I try to speak very quickly and without saying anything that doesn't need to be said. The incompetency is unprecedented
Such an incompetent pharmacy which is too bad because the store employees are good here for the most part. Pharmacy always acts like they are slammed, extremely lazy, barely legible English, always extremely late and have no idea what’s going on. Definitely avoid this pharmacy and drive to a different one.
