If we are getting Meds where you are mainly a pharmacy you need to hire people who know what they are doing and are Customer service friendly just saying... No patient should fall though the crack especially Cancer patients this is why you lose business because your customer service and lack of sucks

You need to do something about the roxbury crossing location. Not only do you wait in line for 20 minutes while your techs stand around not helping at all but then you get to the counter and the prescription you refilled a day in advance still isn't ready?!? Get it together and hire people who will actually work!! Awful awful service!
