Went in for second Shingles vaccine. Not much of a wait. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Walgreens in Buda is the WORST walgreens, and I've used walgreens for 20 years. Can't get the prescriptions straight, close out prescriptions after the doctor has approved them, I am done with this Walgreens! HEB pharmacy, here I come(due to my insurance), or mail order, which may be better!
We had been with Walgreens for almost 2 years and service was getting worse & worse till I transferred all of my meds to CVS. You should not have to deal with RUDE people and those that don't tell the truth! Found out one of my meds that Walgreens was overcharging me on(almost $90.) is only 24.00 at CVS. Auto refill for 90 days when I explained I'm on SS became an everytme occurance!
RecommendedDavid at Walgreens in Buda was so friendly, polite, helpful and funny! He made my emergency trip up to Walgreens to print out an 8 x 10 photo so easy without making me feel old because I wasn’t sure how to figure out my phone. Great job David
I had a wood panel made online that was supposed to be ready by 3:30. I came at 7:30 and it wasn't even made. The manager was pages 4 times and didn't respond at all to the girl who was swamped with customers at the checkout lane. Terrible terrible customer service from "Monica" that was the manager on duty today. So much for a gift for my dads bday.
I went to this Walgreens today searching for mylar balloons for my wife's birthday. There were none on the floor that would suit an adult woman. The manager Chris went above and beyond searching in the stock room for an appropriate one. I can say, Chris the manager is AWESOME! THANK YOU Chris, I really appreciate it.
I am not at all pleased with the staff at the Walgreens pharmacy in Buda, TX. They are not friendly, this being the second time.
