They need to cross train pharmacy employees to cover the 1:30-2:00pm lunch shift. Customers shouldn’t have to wait during their closure for their lunch break. It’s bad enough that they close early during the week & aren’t open on Sundays. (I think they are trying to push pharmacy business to HEB, Walmart, CVS, etc., otherwise they’d be more accommodating to their customers.)
The RUDEST pharmacy team I’ve ever dealt with. They literally don’t acknowledge you and when they do it’s like they hate doing their job. I’ll never come back here again. That rude white coat lady lets the blue clothed GUYS act however. Hands down most unprofessional team.
Called to see if new flu vaxx available as going on trip. Told yes n no appt needed. Pharmacist tried talk me out of it as it was “too early”. Explained again going on trip. Think they were too busy for a patient in store. Waiting 12 min in line while they took 4 cars thru window only.
Called twice to confirm prescription being ready and was told it would be be ready by 2 still waiting
