Disgusted by the attitude of the pharmacist at the Centennial branch in Richardson TX. I went to the consultation window with symptoms of sinusitis and was greeted with a cold stare and 'matter of fact' statement to go see my doctor. No shit Sherlock. Given it was 4pm there was no advice on what medication I could take that evening to help with the symptoms until i could see my doctor. Judging by the other comments on your page i think someone needs to have a word with your pharmacists about their poor attitude towards custo... read more
I tagged this Walgreens store yesterday in a post that seems a bit funny, but I was remaining in character. I would like to say, honestly, that this Walgreens store has some of the best customer service and most friendly employees that I have ever seen at any Walgreens. The gentleman at the checkout counter was especially helpful. Thank you for the pleasant experience!!!
