I went in for a flu shot and scheduled my appointment ahead of time. I arrived as scheduled and was told they have walk ins (who arrived seconds before me) ahead of me. I told them I have an appointment and they said they go on a first come first serve. This completely defeats the reason for appointments. It’s ridiculous!

The pharmacist is the best here! She always looks out for my son, she is so sincere when she apologized for not having his medicine in stock. She said she should of had it since it’s the 4th refill and he’ll be taking it regularly from now on. One time when he had an ear infection my mom went to go drop off the antibiotic and the the tech told my mom it would be ready in the morning but she over heard and was like, “oh no this is for a baby wait a minute we will have it right out.”
Just horrible service at the pharmacy with the wait and lack of empathy for the patient(s).
Employees do not know the policy . Was told multiple different things that were incorrect. Very disrespectful and rude . Will never return
Was in line for prescription for child. By the time we got register they had closed the register because it was now past 5. We will be pulling our prescriptions from here and take them to CVS. Should have at least let us get prescription since we were in line before 5.
