every time I get a script filled here and they say its ready the store is closed. this store is closed at least 3 days a week at random and never seems to have enough medication in stock to fill orders. choose another store in the area as they are all better than this store
You'll get an email or a text message almost twice a day saying they're open. They're closed. They're open. They're closed. The inconsistency is terrible. I also heard that they will be closing down permanently soon so you might want to move all your stuff somewhere else
Staff jokes around and is rude about picking up prescriptions, they laughed and said it would be a 4 hour wait for a prescription for an infection. Don’t shop here or pick up medicine at this location.
The pharmacy technicians were rude here, especially Mariah. I could tell she didn't like me as I couldn't answer her questions about my insurance right away and would laugh when I would ask her questions about the transaction. I have worked with both patients and clients alike, and I would never laugh at them if they asked a question about something they didn't understand right away. I'll come back again, and I hope the experience will be better next time around.
