I’ve had several issues with the Oregon City Walgreens pharmacy over the last few months, and when I’ve called this location in Gladstone to transfer my prescription they have always been incredibly kind and very helpful. An employee at the Oregon City location was so rude to me this morning, and frankly just plain mean, that I was nearly in tears when I called this location to transfer my prescription. Once again Ben thought he knew how to ring up my purchase without listening to me. I layed out the cards with the items that needed to be used. He was so busy being the boss he rang it up wrong and then said there was nothing he could do about it. Jazmin came to the rescue fixed the problem wasting her time and mine. Last time going there. Over and over Ben has done what he wants even to the point of questioning the brand of cig I was purchasing (for son) he doesn’t smoke so he says but yet he’s the expert. Went to pick up a med, was told my insurance did not cover it. Oh well, I was just going to pay it. But the pharmacist (Mai I believe) was very sweet and went out of her way, explaining sometimes insurances just don’t cover specific brands and she swapped it out for a different brand so I could pay the cheap copay instead! Saved me some money, got me what I needed, and was super quick about it :)
