Please hire more people to work your pharmacy, or work out whatever is wrong with your system. It should not take weeks to see movement on filling a new prescription.
I’m not one for bad reviews but I had to wait 15 minutes just to get looked at standing at the counter. Just basic acknowledging me before knowing anything about why I was there. If it was busy I’d understand but it’s just me until 10 minutes in a lady waited behind me. Basic “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way even if you can’t make it happen immediately. Cherry picking on top she was going me the “unimpressed” face before telling me she didn’t even have my prescription.
Worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with. Never have medications ready when they say they are. Told me they’d be ready in a hour. Went to work came back after a five hour shift and they still weren’t ready. Staff is short and rude. Have had to change my information with them four separate times. Overall worst experience. Changing pharmacies asap!!! It doesn’t even deserve a full star.
Scheduled vaccine appointment, but I did not receive the actual vaccines until 40 minutes after the appointment time.
