I am boggled by the institutional incompetence. i went in to the store on Monday to register my new Medicare part d insurance. I recieved 3 annoying text messages welcoming me. on Friday my Doctors office tried to give them my scripts only to betold I was not in thr system. the store is now not answering calls. 7 calls, twoconversations with acall center that could verify. that I am in the system but was not allowed to on do anything useful.. now on hold after being disconnectedan 8th time. RecommendedHelpful people at the Pharmacy. But it can be a slow checkout up front
Listen to a guy who waited 45 minutes they said he called his name he never heard it and they never called it.They said I was in the wrong line so they people walk in front of me after I waited 15 minutes and all they said all you're in the wrong line I was standing right next to them for 15 minutes so they took two who came after me. My prescription was called in Friday they're still working on it today is Monday ITS STILL NOT DONE !!!!!
