Had an appointment to see a doctor today. Arrived 8 mins late because of the lovely Friday Florida traffic. Doctor said their policy forfeits my appointment because I’m more than 5 minutes late. Completely ridiculous. Never was I told that when making the appointment. Her next appointment wasn’t until 515 PM. I’m already feeling sick and had to fight 40 mins of traffic to get here, just to get turned away because the doctor doesn’t want to work late on a Friday. So disappointed �
I like Walgreen's and CVS. I had to switch to CVS in part because of insurance and also because Walgreens was so busy, the wait was astronomical. I buy all my monthly prescriptions from Walgreens. It's a really good pharmacy.
I wish I wouldn't have been forced into this pharmacy by an insurance change. CVS across the street is so much better. I miss it. �
