good luck getting pharmacy on the phone they hang up on you after leaving you on hold forever or claim they are having technical difficulties hanging up on you via the phone system they are always behind on refills even after you put your order in a week ahead of time Grrrrrrrrrrrrr
Messed up our kids’ prescriptions on numerous occasions, accused my wife of trying to trick their staff, and then transferred our information to another chain.
Worst customer service ever. Don’t call or go there if you need anything in less than 3 days. Didn’t get my name, my address, or my request/purchase right. They like to put you on hold to speak with an actual person until you go gray; I waited 50 minutes for them to still get everything wrong.
