Worst customer service ever. Don’t call or go there if you need anything in less than 3 days. Didn’t get my name, my address, or my request/purchase right. They like to put you on hold to speak with an actual person until you go gray; I waited 50 minutes for them to still get everything wrong.
On 6/17/25 I had called in my prescription between 8-9 am. I was told by whoever it was that answered the phone, "No problem, we'll have that filled by 3 pm today." Same day, after work at 5 pm, I go to pick up that prescription. I was told, by the woman at the drive-thru, "That's on backorder, and it won't be ready until Thursday." "WHAT!" One more chance. That is all you will get from me. A longer story short. I had it filled at CVS the next day, so no, I do not need that prescription any longer. Thanks, anyway.
This pharmacy has gone down hill. Hours change without notice. I work 12 hour shifts and they are closed by the time I’m off, now closed on weekends. Therefore, getting my medication is impossible. This location might as well shut down.
