Absolutely horrible experience as a provider and client. Tried to call in a prescription and speak with someone. Was hung up on twice. Was not given any opportunity to ask questions once I relayed the rx information and again hung up on. Tried to call later to ensure they were ready for pick up, said they did not have any data and again hung up on. Absolutely horrible. 0/10
Covid booster March 2025: Pharmacist Roy was swamped with customers at 9:30am. When it came to my vax , he was too hurried and..oh my.. my upper arm is SORE. There’s really nothing to prevent this unfortunate JAB. Teams come and go - Roy the pharmacist will probably not be there next time, although Carrollwood has been my neighborhood since 1977. 20% off coupon given. Thank you. I bought two Coke Zeros and went on with my life. 😊
