saw their truck around Flushing and decided to give them a try after another company flaked on me. they actually answered the phone and got the job done, so that was nice.
I came here shortly after midnight on May 6th to ship a FedEx package, and the two male employees working at the time had a very bad attitude. They were impatient throughout the entire interaction, communicated rudely, and were unwilling to properly help customers with shipping services. They also did not provide any clear explanation during the process, and it felt like they were intentionally making things difficult for customers. When I googled this place just now to write a review it says it’s permanently closed. It’s not. I was just standing there this morning. I don’t know what’s going on. I know they get. They have very bad reviews for the Manager Tom, tall skinny white dude with white hair he is so rude yelling at everybody not only him, but there’s an Indian guy that’s been there for more than a year that yells at people in the pharmacy you go to pick up your pharmacy and he yells at You.
