I have been dealing with this pharmacy for years. Today they Kyle, their pharmacist, refused to fill my pain medication because I won't have insurance and will be paying cash. He cited his reason as "after clinical evaluation", but refused to give me any further explanation. I recently had my insurance switched to Social Security Disability - Medicare and was not given prescription coverage. I am picking up the additional coverage, but it won't be effective until 10/1.
