This has been the worst experience for me and my daughter. Once the exams were done and paid for, we have been unable to reach anyone in the Crystal Lake location. It has been 3 weeks and we have not received her glasses yet or my request for an 'IN PERSON' exam. My husband reached another location and was told that our location is permanently closing!
The customer services is terrific!
I broke my nose guard on my glasses I purchased from this location, and the very kind lady replaced both of them in minutes. No charge and a smile
My eyes this is absolutely the worst . I got my eye exam last week was told to wear The sample contacts they gave me call five days later to put my three month order in and pay for it they told me that their store is closing I sent my wife there today and I just tried calling ring over 100 times says they are open no one will answer the phone now I paid for my contacts and now I can’t get them
