To say this staff is rude and unprofessional is an understatement. 3 days, 15 calls, just under 2 hours being put on hold only to be hung up on 8 times. Drove into town, explained the issue, was made to sound like I was lying about the phone issue. (Screen shotted times on hold and documented when I was hung up on)Was back talked by the girl standing looking at a computer screen and doing absolutely nothing.
