Walgreens has been doing my in home infusion visits for the last year and a half. These nurses are fantastic. I really like April so the office set it up so that she can do my infusions every time. I went through some healthcare insurance issues and wallgreens / option care was there to help. Can't thank them enough!
DO NOT use Walgreens Infusion and Respiratory Services. Their billing department is thoroughly incompetent. Yes, their field staff is great, but when it comes to billing they are nothing but inept. I have been harassed, double billed, lied to, insulted and all of this has had a negative effect on the very condition they were treating. Do yourself a favor and pass on their services. You will regret doing business with them.
Very Very Very Bad Service! They have lost my sleep test results which my Doctor has been waiting for many weeks now. They never get an Rx correct and sent out on time. It literally takes weeks and weeks for them to process a simple sleep equipment order. I am going to change providers ASAP!! If you want your cpap equipment orders on time you would be wise to do the same. Thanks for your time.
