They have told me my prescription was not ready and it wouldnt arrive until the afternoon. I told him that the tech from the day before said it would be ready in 30 minutes i said i will pick it up the next day. He checks again and said yeah, give me 15 minutes. I drive away to get a text in 1 minute that it was ready. This happened twice. Wait times are also much longer than ever before.

Walgreens has the worst customer service no matter in what state you’re at they are all the same. Why have a pharmacy and no employees to work it? Why have a photo area that clearly say pick up and no employees working it. Only have one cashiers with a line of 20 people. Walgreens is a joke why have a pick up sections if it’s going to take me just as long to come in a wait instead of doing an order online. Corp. need to do a better job managing their stores and lazy employees.

Went to get my medication, waited 30 minutes in line. While waiting, called the store. The manager at the time Jamal informed me that pharmacist Oscar will not serve all the cars in line because it is after six. The pharmacist kept one car at the window for at least 30 minutes. It was wrong judgment. He should tell the car wait on a side and help other cars in line. I will take my business elsewhere.

Love this store is so close to me, and people are very nice..the drive thru pharmacy people are great!
