I waited in line for almost 20 minutes while they took care of the two cars ahead of me. Then when I got there they told me that one or more of my prescriptions were not ready. That killed 15 minutes. This notwithstanding the fact that I had received multiple emails telling me that my scripts were ready. Then they wanted me to move forward and get back in line behind another five cars. Which would have been at least another hour.
