I called to speak with someone in the pharmacy. I needed to ask whether my son’s asthma medication was in stock. I went through the automated system and was transferred to the store. The store attendant transferred me back to the pharmacy. The computer said I was on hold with two calls ahead of me. After a long time I was on hold with one call ahead of me. After 45 minutes, I gave up.

I go out of my way to use this location because the service is soooo much better and faster than any other nearby. The downside is parking is tricky in the area.

Horrible person working as a cashier for months now is always making things 3x more difficult and being rude as hell about it. Today at checkout she wouldn’t let me put my number in for rewards. She literally skipped that part from the little screen to lay on and then woukdnt answer me several times when i asked to be allowed to put my number in, and then acted like she ddint know what was going on.
