This location has an EXCELLENT group of employees!
There are always long lines due to what appears to be the result of understaffing. The employees try to help but are obviously overwhelmed. Walgreens corporate needs to step up and hire some help.
I moved to Georgetown 5 days ago from another state. It was clear that the 2 College Park location was my best local option and needed to transfer my Rx ASAP. After reading the reviews of customer service I decided to do the transfer using the app. There were a couple of issues with the app so I called the pharmacy. After a hold of only a few minutes, I was connected with Stacey who said I could call the 800 customer service line, but suggested that it would be easier to do it "with a person". I wish I could give this pharmacy a negative 25 stars because the customer service SUCKS!!!! they are beyond disrespectful they have no idea what they are doing and then when you ask them or call them out they pass off the phone or just hang up!!!!!!
Always crowed, always behind at pharmacy, I was going to say Soliciting outside, but it's Panhandling. Not many choices in the area.
