Love this store, clean, friendly and has everything you need.
I went to pick up my prescription and they had 2 for me. I canceled the other one on the app 30 minutes after I saw the price. The pharmacy staff is very dismissive and nasty. I told her it was canceled. Their app and their store system doesn't work at all together. They need to do something about the app. They need to get pharmacy staff that has good customer service and pleasant at the compass road location in Middle River.
This is an absolute terrible pharmacy. They fill the wrong prescriptions. Never contact you when your medication is ready. NEVER EVER EVER answer the telephone. I've held on for 35 mins for them to allow the phone to ring 8 times and hang up on me. Spending 2+ hours on hold and NEVER speaking to a pharmacist is ALARMING. Please KNOW yall are getting reported to the board of pharmacy in maryland. Screenshots don't lie and I KNOW I'm NOT the only one.
