I want to stress this isn’t the store employees fault, but the company itself. It takes forever to get anyone to answer the phone, the lines inside the store are long, often when I call I get put on hold and then someone picks up without even saying anything and puts me right back on hold. 45 mins to actually speak to a human being. The staff are doing the best they can and work really hard (you see it when you go pick things up in person) they’re over worked, burnt out and tired.
