PHARMACIST SHANNON DOUGLAS IS UNETHICAL!!!! On Thursday, April 23, 2026, I called the pharmacy to check the status of my prescription. I was told by Keandra, one of the techs, that my prescription could be picked up that Saturday. I said thank you and went to ask another question, but by that time she had already hung up. The people who work at the pharmacy here are so rude and unhelpful. I had an issue with a prescription and had to call a few times between walgreens and my insurance. The pharmacy staff acted very bothered that called. I've had to call them a few times in the past few months due to prescription issues, and everytime they have been short with me, and try to get off the phone as soon as possible, and hang up on you before you're even done speaking.
