Had a wonderful experience on Wal-Greens in Salem, Virginia
I just moved all of my prescriptions to Walgreens only to show up there today, Saturday 5/16/26 at 10:30am to pickup URGENT prescriptions, and found that they are now CLOSED ON SATURDAYS!! What kind of bs is this? NO NOTICE GIVEN TO CUSTOMERS... JUST CLOSED! Now, I have to wait until tomorrow (YES... THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAYS BUT NOT SATURDAYS! RIDICULOUS!) for urgent prescriptions! Walgreens has now joined the ranks of despicable customer service and I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I will be moving my Rx needs elsewhere!
