11/4 at around 10:25 am Came to reload my chime card, and the cashier commented " and we dont do returns" umm very unnecessary comment im reloading my card why would i return my own money! Train your employees better!!!
I actually like to shop at this Walgreens. It's the biggest, best, and most spacious of all the Walgreens in Greensboro. I found everything I was looking for and the prices were comparable to most pharmacies in the area. The store is always bright and clean and the staff are very helpful. The only downside to this location is that it's in Friendly Center, and I can SPEND some money here in a quickness! Carly and the other worker today were very rude and unprofessional , very disrespectful and i will not be coming back to this location at around 12:45pm-12:50pm 9/2 , please train your employees to do a better job instead of acting like they know what they’re doing.
