Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are. Went there 2 separate times in one day only to be told it still wasn't ready. Another time I was traveling and booked around the day I could pick up my prescription. She said it would be filled the next day, went to pick it up, told to sit down and waiting. After waiting 20-30 minutes I was told it was "miss-filled", whatever tht means, and couldn't pick up till the next day. We were leaving at 5am! You always get a call.When a pharmaceutical drug is ready for pickup , they automatic refills and that's where we go
Store associate super friendly. Pharmacy wait times are ridiculous. I’ve never experienced these kind of wait times anywhere like I have here. This store is off my rx list forever.
Wait times on hold really should not exceed 15 minutes.
