UNbelievable. Almost a week to transfer a prescription from ANOTHER WALGREENS only 60 miles away and it isn't even there yet. Called the other one myself and they sent it. What is the point of having everything online if they are filling requests with hamsters. Nothing in my account under status updates. Never had service this bad at another Walgreens. So I drive there because calling has not accomplished much and there is a sign in the window saying pharmacist not on duty no prescriptions filled yadda yadda. No notice no no... read more
It's a Walgreens, clean, cashier was friendly
This is the worst pharmacy ever! Automated system doesn't work, prescription # doesn't work either. After 4 failed attempts I got to a human that couldn't help me either. I've been inside too. It's just as dysfunctional there. This must be a training pharmacy. The location shouldn't be a training one, considering every hospital and medical plaza is within a mile or so.
This location literally lost the paper work in order to distribute medications if sent to this location very inconvenient, basically have medication back there not knowing who is picking it up, the pharmacist had to personally open the package to confirm identity. The pharmacy tech at the counter was very vague, as if I'm supposed to figure out their discrepancy
