I dropped off 4 packages last week to be mailed via fed x and the lady at the front set them aside and said that she would put the labels on them and asked me if they were in order. I made sure they were and said yes just to find out that she put all the wrong labels so everything I shipped out went to the wrong people and now I am having to pay out of my pocket to have them ship everything back and have upset customers.
Worst customer service of all time. The cashier had absolutely no interest in ringing me up or answering a question about where I might find something. I won't be back.
