After reviewing our receipt, we noticed we were charged almost $55 for products that we did not bring to check out and that we did not receive. When we went back to the store to try to correct the issue, they refused to refund the products that we incorrectly charged for. Charging someone for a product they did not receive is theft. I am very disappointed in this Walgreens location.
This Walgreens is so slow. 9am RX for antibiotic sent and at 2:30 still not ready. Happens every time at this location. Finally transferred all scripts to another Walgreens and never have any issues. Further drive but totally worth it so we don’t have the hassle!
We came to the pharmacy specifically to get my dad a vaccine. Nikayla and the rest of the team took care of us and did their best to assist my dad.
