Terrible experience at the pharmacy. Stood in line for 20 minutes for a flu shot, nobody was there, saw me and didn’t ask to help. When I finally got “helped” I was denied a flu shot even though I had insurance
Extremely disappointed with this pharmacy. I came in for a prescription that should have been ready, but they didn’t have it in stock. Instead of communicating with me, explaining my options, or offering any kind of help, they just expected me to wait with no answers. No urgency, no effort to resolve the issue, and zero communication.
