*Pharmacy* I’m sure leaving this review will be an absolute waste of time, but the ongoing issues with Walgreens’ online pharmacy services are infuriating. The Walgreens app is completely useless, and when I sign in through the website, none of my prescriptions appear there either. Somehow, Walgreens has no problem sending me text alerts about my prescriptions, yet I cannot view or manage those same prescriptions through the app or website. This store is convenient location. It’s is the most customer unfriendly service. Pharmacy closes at 6pm. Pharmacy not open on weekends. AI bot says prescription is ready only to find out it was not ready.
