I went by walgreens today to buy a few items I needed. At checkout I was behind a lady that had to exchange out an item so the employee helping her asked for help. A girl named Fani came up and said I can help who is next which was me. She then proceedes to help the guy who was behind me first. I put my stuff on the counter and told hello maam I was before him. No one picks up their phone. I was on hold for 20 mins multiple times and no one picks up. The Walgreens phone supports picks up but not the branch.
