Daniel had very great customer service. Excellent Walgreens very helpful customer service.
I always have a great experience at this CVS! The staff is super friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what I need. Plus, the convenience of getting my prescriptions filled while I shop is a huge bonus!
26 minutes on hold is unacceptable. Overworked staff makes for upset customers.
I usually have a decent experience here. However my husband went in and boy did they have a problem with him. When you walk in somewhere and watch them be very friendly to all of the customers in from of you and then watch a women take one look at your husband and whatever she saw (be it his skin color or the way he was dressed in shorts and a t-shirt?) made her demeanor and professionalism fully change, it just quite frankly rubs you the wrong way.
