Horrible pharmacy experience. Pharmacist not scheduled to arrive for morning opening hour. Store personnel didn’t notify customers waiting in drive through line and just left us hanging. Not professional. Have no choice but to use this location as Rite-Aid closed. Miss them.
I will give the service I received today a negative star if I could. My son was shocked with your attitude towards us. In-store or photo-counter pick up is different from curbside pick up, that’s the reason why those are given as options. Don’t tell customers that a pick up order is still a curbside pick up. Even the survey shows the difference between the type of pick up. And also, if in case a customer happens to not understand you don’t need to say it out loud.
