Multiple pharmacists/clerks behind the counter while a line of customers wait 15 minutes is unacceptable. Where do you all find your employees? Picking up prescriptions here is so painful. Do better!! If you have multiple people in line waiting at least say we'll be right with you or SOMETHING. So rude and then the main pharmacist gives me attitude when I ask about the drive-thru! Unacceptable, that's why you're a pharmacist at Walgreens hunny.
All the horrible reviews you see for this pharmacy are 100% true. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place has become one of the absolute worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and it’s like this ever single time I have to pick up medications for my parents. I just had to wait over 45 mins in line for a medication that they told me would be ready hours before, and then when I gave them the insurance information, the person ringing me up just kept going back and forth behind the counter because he didn’t know h... read more
Jesse is the ONLY employee who shows real professionalism and care. Unfortunately, refills are never available for my medication when it didn’t use to be this way. I’m not sure if things will improve.
Horrible Customerservice. The pharmacy is forever crowded, you go to the drive-through and can barely hear the speaker. Today I sat there for 10 minutes in line with other cars, thinking they were open, but they weren’t even answering the drive-through. But neglect to post a sign as well.
