I've been a customer for over 20 years at the pharmacy. During the past 7ish years the quality of service has diminished to the point where my most recent interaction has the possibility of costing me thousands of dollars. I changed insurance, updated my profile via the app, and my family had zero issues getting medication through the pharmacy on the new insurance. This is our pharmacy of choice
The worst pharmacy EVER!!! Not only do you have to wait 30 mins to over a hour to talk to someone and that's IF they don't hang up on you before they pick up. my doctor had to call them TWICE just for them to try to give meds that WAS NOT even prescribed to me. Are these pharmacy techs even licensed to be there?
