Bad customer service.
I fell ill the day before my kid's birthday and needed to DoorDash some balloons for the next morning. The item clearly says inflated so I placed an order after my child fell asleep tonight. The order arrives as the balloons in a small paper bag, not inflated. I literally spent $48 for 6 balloons. I called and only gave a description of who I was and what I ordered, not yet able to share the issue with the balloons not being inflated, and was told "unfortunately we do not have the helium machine to blow them up."
